Dear Sirs, Last Sunday we had a problem with our car on 1-95 north of Jacksonville and ADAMS TOWING took us to your dealership. Not only were you open but so was your service department. I took a card which had the name David Heidebrink listed as 'service advisor', and whether he was the gentleman who took care of us don't know, but each of the people we dealt with were so nice. In no time they had replaced the large piece of black plastic under the car that had come loose and we were on our way. Apparently it wasn't anything critical - a noise deflector - but it certainly made a noise as it caught on the road.
