5/29/2012 11:29:04 AM Alan Rawls, Steve Fineran, Tony Gonzales, sales manager
As a single mom who had never bought a new car, I was at a loss as to how to go about doing so. My daughter, who was away at college, contacted me and advised that her older car had finally stopped running. When my yoga teacher mentioned she purchased a Hyundai Accent for her son and was very pleased, I went online and requested information on the 2012 Accent.
Within a few minutes there was a response to my email with an invitation to take a test drive, and shortly after Alan Rawls left a voice mail asking how he could help. We made an appointment for a meeting and a test drive on a Saturday, and Alan encouraged me to call him with any questions in the meantime.
The following Saturday I met with Alan, who was wonderful. Knowing my main concern was safety, he pointed out all the safety features in the Accent, and also the included warranty which was a safeguard against unexpected expenses. It only took a few minutes of a test drive to know this was the car I wanted for my daughter.
Upon our return we went into Alan's office, and since I was trying to decide between a lease and a purchase, Steve Fineran came in to explain the differences. He took about an hour and a half to explain all the pros and cons of leasing versus purchasing, and was very patient understanding this was all very new to me. I finally decided on a purchase, and Alan and I made an appointment for the car pickup on a Wednesday evening. Again he encouraged me to call him if there was anything I needed. In addition, he would work on finding the dark blue color my daughter wanted for her Accent.
A few days before picking up the car, I was dropping off some financial documents over the weekend, and stopped by the dealership looking for Alan, who was helping another customer at the time. The sales manager was very attentive, assured me the documents would get to Alan, and gave me his business card in case there was anything I needed in the meantime. It became obvious at this point that everyone in the dealership worked together, and the ultimate goal was superior customer service.
The evening set aside for signing and picking up the car was a busy one for the dealership, as many customers were finalizing their purchases that night. Alan had found the dark blue Accent for us, which made me really happy on top of everything else he had done. The sales manager went over several documents with me, explaining each one before I signed them. It was all a very smooth and easy process, and then Tony Gonzalez in the financing department helped me with the rest of the paperwork. Tony went above and beyond in helping me transfer the tag to save me money, patiently explained gap insurance and the importance of it, and also gave me his business card and encouraged me to call if there were any questions. Tony was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient, and before long all of the paperwork was finished.
It was close to midnight due to the heavy volume of customers and the fact that I had arrived to the dealership later than planned, but this did not bother either Alan, Tony, or the sales manager, who despite the late hour took their time with everything from showing me features on the dark blue Accent to explaining all the documents to me. After everything was done, there was the predicament of how to get my own vehicle to my home, and my daughter's new Accent as well. At midnight, Alan and the sales manager drove the new Accent to my home, saving me the trouble of having to find someone to help me with this the next day.
The customer service at Hyundai of Orange Park was, from the very beginning to the end of the sale, absolutely superior. The courtesy that accompanied the entire process was above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and the experience was easy and stress free. I will be returning to Hyundai of Orange Park for our future car buying needs, and will be recommending this dealership to my friends. Thank you for making this an easy and pleasant experience for me!

Sylvester was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He pointed out all of the features of the car, including setting up the Bluetooth phone system for us. He was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process.

This was one of the best car buying experiences that I can remember. I usually look forward to shopping for a car with the same enthusiasm that I have when I know I need to see a dentist. Ray could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car and was able to communicate that information to us in a way that actually made the decision very simple. He not only showed us the right car but he actually took the time to help me become more familiar with the dash displays and other features. Ray was patient and even set up my wife's phone with the Bluetooth technology so that we were able to call our daughter with the car. He was helpful when we realized that we forgot our garage door opener and helped us retrieve it the next day while he was off with the help of some of his coworkers, Sylvester and Chris. I even enjoyed meeting the finance guy, Jeff. A very positive experience!

Raymond and Victor
I recently started to search for an additional vehicle for our family and was unsure as to whether I should purchase a new or used car. I had shopped several Hyundai dealerships and was discouraged because there was very little inventory around the Jacksonville area(new or used). My last stop was Hyundai of Orange Park and this dealership is about 40 miles from where I live. I was greeted just as I arrived by a very friendly salesman Raymond, who was apparently a recently hired employee. I was very surprised at how knowledgeable he was and that he was willing to give me all the time I needed. I was only at the dealership for about 40 minutes, and I had decided on a new Sonata and was ready to purchase one. They did not have the exact vehicle on their lot, but Victor(Sales Mgr) stepped in and said they could have THIS car here in two days, and they were able to pick it up from Daytona. Two days later I sat in Raymond's office and had the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I always dread looking for and purchasing a new car, but when you can combine pleasant and car buying in the same sentence, that's pretty darn good!!! I have already recommended Hyundai of Orange Park to all my friends and family.

Very pleased with the inventory, had several options to choose from in my price range. I was able to get a great price. Staff was very helpful too.

If you are in the market to buy a new ride, do yourself a big favor and talk to Carl Morgan. Waiting on tax returns to come in, my wife and I had 5 days to drive to every dealership within a two-hour driving radius and shop different makes/models. I ran into all the different salesmen there are: the fact regurgitates, the high pressure, the over energetic, the slow and lazy, the crooked and the honest. All in all we probably visited 9 different dealerships on a serious level, around 15 browsing. Having a sales background myself, and a well developed ability to read people, who I was dealing with had a lot to do with where we would buy the car.
Carl is a long lost breed in sales. He transforms the conversation from talking with a salesman trying to sell you something into talking with a friend listening to what you need. He is honest and straightforward with his opinions, knows his facts about what he's selling, and uses non of the conventional sales tactics you usually see. (Well, we did poke fun at him for saying the ole' "my manager's just lost his mind!" but it was all part of the fun experience.)
As much as I enjoyed working with Carl, on our first visit to his dealership, he did not have the vehicle we were searching for. During the days that followed, Carl showed more drive and initiative to find it than any sales rep that recorded my phone number. (And I give this information freely.) This is a man hungry and driven to make a sale, yet holds strong to the values of being your honest friend. In my mind, that's the guy you want selling you a car folks.
Several phone calls and I think two days later, Carl found the vehicle we were looking for. No games on signing, Carl stayed true to the end. A pleasure to work with from start to finish. Financing was a good experience, unfortunately don't remember the name of the guy helping but was very informational. Didn't spend much time there. Signed the papers, drove away.
I gave the Quality of Work rating a 3 and that was only for the detail we received before leaving with our new ride. Don't expect much from it here, or at least be aware of the fact. Other reviews have not said good things about the service department here and I guess I'll add to them with only a detail job. The car smelled of body odor from the detailer, and the job itself just wasn't good. I'm a young guy and can clean the car myself so it wasn't a big enough deal for me to ever mention it, but you should leave a dealership with a brand-new-clean car, so its worth mentioning here. Other than that, no problems, but I try to paint the whole picture.
Carl has since followed up three times to make sure that all is well. That is just unheard of from a salesman who has already made his commission. You would expect them to wipe off their hands and move on to the next, but I think the care that he shows his customers is truly genuine. As I said before, if you're in the market, save yourself the headache and just go talk to Carl.

We worked with Carl at Orange Park Hyundai. Carl found us the right car at the right price (and a better price than any other dealer we contacted) and had good follow-up after the sale. No pressure at all and everything was very straight-forward. A very pleasant experience.

Carl Morgan, Sales and Jeff, Finance
My husband and I have been looking online at many vehicles to purchase. We kept going back to the new Sonata.....so I entered a request for a quote online with Hyundai of Orange Park. In no time at all, I received a call to set up an appointment. the following day I received a call from Carl Morgan. He introduced himself and confirmed my appointment. My husband and I have had a few hiccups in our credit the last couple of years as most folks have with the economical situation.....so we were doubtful that we would get the price and payment that we were looking for. Carl was very persistent and ensured us that he would do everything possible to help us. We signed the papers and drove away in a 2012 Sonata. Jeff in the Finance department has also went above and beyond on getting us the best interest rate possible. Many thanks to both of these guys for their time and efforts in making our first visit to Hyundai of Orange Park a fabulous one!

I havent shopped for a car in 11 years and I was not looking forward to the process. I called Hyundai of Orange Park and Carl Morgan answered. Carl made the buying process very easy. He answered all my questions and returned my calls promptly. A few hours later i was able to go to the dealership and meet Carl in person. He was very friendly and pleasant. Overall Carl has been the best car salesperson i have ever met. He did not pressure me for the sale, instead he listened to all my concerns and was honest. I highly recommend Carl!

Carl Morgan, Bradon Baker, Tony Gonzalez
An expensive journey, made pleasurable by the staff. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgable, curtious, friendly, and a peasure to be around. We went on line to find a new car, and started exchanging e-mails with Carl Morgan. By 9/1/2011 we decided to take a check ride in the Elantra and Sonata. When we arrive Brandon Baker was there to help with the test drives. (Carls day off). We were very pleased with the vehicles and the service. Thankfully Brandon and Carl were on the same team. We liked both but had started the process with Carl, so this made it easier on us. A few days later and a lot more on-line and physical research. We returned to Hyundai of Orange Park,Fl.this time to let my Husband test drive the same two cars. We left that day in a 2012 Sonata. We liked working with Carl and Bradon so much that we were willing to wait for them to help us. Found out that Brandon was now in the finance department, and that led us to Tony Gonzalea, finance mangager. The experience was made as simple and painless as possible. When we left we felt like family. If you want to by a Huyndai, Orange Park Florida is the place to go. If you like being treated well while in the process of making this decision, its the best. All A's from the Wainwright family from Keystone Heights/Starke Florida area.

On July 13, 2010 on US 301 at the junction of I-10 the engine light came on. The car would just run but I did not have the slightest idea of what was wrong. I called Jenkins Hyundai in Leesburg, FL. They told me what to do and to contact your service department, explain my dilemma and get the car in for service.
When I called your office I talked with Shaun and explained my situation. He informed me how to get to your location and explained how long it would take, and also, it would take approximately 15 minutes to analyze the problem. When we arrived, Ms. Bramlitt met us, asked us that we go inside and she’d be back in a minute. When she returned, she had me sign the necessary documents and explained that as soon as the service technician confirmed the action to be taken she would inform my wife and myself. Within short order, she was back explaining what they had found and how long it would take to replace the part in question.
We requested a loaner car to get lunch and she was able to provide us with a car. We had lunch and returned. Our car was ready, warranty service, no charge and we were on our way. All was accomplished within two hours from the time we pulled into your dealership.
My wife and I wish to commend Ms. Bramlitt and everyone involved with correcting our problem. They did an outstanding job in handling a less that desirable situation. You see we were on our first day of vacation.
Please take a moment, step into service and give them all a well done. Service this superior is a good reason for considering another Hyundai for your next car.

Dear Mr. Levine:
It has never been a greater pleasure shopping for new cars in the past until we did our shopping with you on August 1st and then again on the 20th. It was because of your honest, fair, open and friendly attitude we ended up buying two Sonatas from you even when we were offered a slightly better deal from another dealer. It was due to your friendly behavior we came back to the second time to buy another car for my son after the purchase of the first car for my daughter.
I have purchased several vehicles in the past and have dealt with numerous dealers from Lake City, Gainesville, Jacksonville and Valdosta and the experience was always scaring, tiring and often ended without any result. This was the first time you made the car buying experience very pleasant and enjoying and you have made me your permanent customer. I am a Toyota person but because of the hassle free and friendly attitude of you, Mr. Alex and Mr. Victor, I have decided to buy a Hyundai from your dealership next time I am looking for a new car. You have excellent, wonderful and friendly people working at this dealership who treat every customer as your own family members.
I would like to commend your organization for the important contribution and excellent customer service you have been providing to the dealership success and we wish you and your family every success in life.
