Dear Sir:

On July 13, 2010 on US 301 at the junction of I-10 the engine light came on. The car would just run but I did not have the slightest idea of what was wrong. I called Jenkins Hyundai in Leesburg, FL. They told me what to do and to contact your service department, explain my dilemma and get the car in for service.

When I called your office I talked with Shaun and explained my situation. He informed me how to get to your location and explained how long it would take, and also, it would take approximately 15 minutes to analyze the problem. When we arrived, Ms. Bramlitt met us, asked us that we go inside and she’d be back in a minute. When she returned, she had me sign the necessary documents and explained that as soon as the service technician confirmed the action to be taken she would inform my wife and myself. Within short order, she was back explaining what they had found and how long it would take to replace the part in question.

We requested a loaner car to get lunch and she was able to provide us with a car. We had lunch and returned. Our car was ready, warranty service, no charge and we were on our way. All was accomplished within two hours from the time we pulled into your dealership.

My wife and I wish to commend Ms. Bramlitt and everyone involved with correcting our problem. They did an outstanding job in handling a less that desirable situation. You see we were on our first day of vacation.

Please take a moment, step into service and give them all a well done. Service this superior is a good reason for considering another Hyundai for your next car.

It was because of your honest, fair, open and friendly attitude we ended up buying two Sonatas from you even when we were offered a slightly better deal from another dealer.
